1 lb. Ground beef
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Cumin
Salt and pepper
2 c. Cooked rice
2 c. Salsa
1 can Corn
1/2 c. Green olives or onions, chopped
1 c. Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Fry beef with chili, cumin, salt and pepper until cooked through. Combine with rice, salsa, corn and olive/onions.Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese and bake about 5 min. longer until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
