Directions:
Bring clam juice to boil in medium saucepan. Add shrimp, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook just until shrimp are opaque in center (about 2 minutes). Using a slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to cutting board and cool. Coarsely chop shrimp. Mix sliced green onions, mayo, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne pepper in medium bowl. Mix chopped shrimp and crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper. Can be done 6 hours ahead of assembling the bruschettas. Cover and chill. Preheat oven to 375º. Brush both sides of baguette slices lightly with olive oil. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until bread is golden (about 10 minutes). Cool and mound shrimp mixture on top of bread. Arrange on platter and serve.
