6 Chicken breasts
1/3 c. Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. Oil
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 c. Dry white wine
1 12 oz. Jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 tbsp. Lime or lemon juice
1/3 c. Romano cheese, grated

Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mix. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on both sides. Add garlic, wine, artichokes and lime/lemon juice. Cover and simmer for 15-20 min. until chicken is fully cooked.
