1 Deep Dish Pie Shell
1 tube of Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans Sausage - Hot and Spicy
1 pkg. Grated Swiss Cheese
2-3 Eggs
1/2 Onion Finely Chopped
1/4 Green Pepper, Finely Chopped
1 Small 1/2 Pint Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Sausage and drain fat, add cheese and mix. Dump into pie shell and flatten down evenly. In bowl mix 2 eggs, onion, green peppers and 3/4 of the cream. Add to top of pie until full. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350º. Until top turns brown.
