6 pieces of chicken
1 stick butter, melted
1/8 tsp pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 medium size bag of potato chips, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed chips, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside. Dip pieces of chicken in butter and then roll in chip mixture until well coated. Place pieces, skin side up and not touching, in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake at 350° for an hour. Do not turn.
