1 c. Sugar
1 c. Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. White Vinegar
1 tbls. Butter
2 Quarts Popped Corn, Salted but not Buttered

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, bring sugar, syrup and vinegar to a boil over medium heat. Stirring constantly to dissolve sugar.

Continue cooking, undisturbed to about 270º to 275º (soft wack). Remove from heat and stir in butter.

Place fresh popcorn in a wide shallow bowl. Working very quickly, pour mixture over corn and toss to mix well.
