Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box. Bake in two layers. Allow cake to cool completely. Split both layers to make four layers. Mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar. Use as filling between layers.

Creamy Chocolate Frosting:
Mix powdered sugar and butter in medium bowl with spoon or with electric mixer on low speed. Stir in vanilla and chocolate. Gradually beat in enough milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable. If frosting too thick, add a little more milk. If too thin, add a little more powdered sugar. Frost layered cake, reserving 1/3 c. frosting. Add additional cocoa to reserved frosting, heat in microwave for a few seconds, and drizzle over frosted cake.

1 can of milk chocolate frosting can be used instead.
