1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
3 egg whites
1 C. sugar
1 Tblsp water
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in top of double boiler, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Beat with rotary beater over boiling water until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
Spread on cooled cake.
