4 cups confectioner's sugar

Beat at high speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form, 6-8 minutes.
Color icing with food coloring. Makes 2 cups

To make several colors; separate icing into bowls and mix in desired food coloring
Let dry completely when using two or more colors. Use a ziplock bag for piping onto cookies.
