1 lb Beef (cut into a slab)
3 Large Peppers (various colors)
2 Large Cans of Sliced Mushrooms
Salt, Pepper, Oregano (all to taste)
Olive Oil
1/2 Shot Glass of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Season your beef on both sides with all the seasonnings and place in a baking pan or casserole dish.

Slice all the peppers and place in a mixing bowl. Rinse the canned mushrooms and add to the peppers. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Now add this mixture on top of your beef. Add the oil and water.

Cover pan with foil or casserole with lid and cook for about 1½ – 2 hours until the meat is tender.
