1 small banana
1 ripe pear
3/4 cup apple juice
3/4 cup natural yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp runny honey

Directions:

1. slice the banana, peel, core and chop pear.
2. Place all the ingredients in the blender. put lid on and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into smoothie glasses and serve.
