1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup minced shallots, divided
6 T. fresh lime juice, divided
1/4 cup oil
2 pork tenderloins (2 1/2 lbs)
1/2 lb. fresh cherries, stemmed, pitted and halved
1 fresh red jalapeņo chile
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.

Combine 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup mince shallots, 4T. lime juice and vegetable oil in resealable plastic bag. Add pork to a sealable bag and turn to coat. Marinate at room temp. for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup shallots, 2 T. lime juice, cherries, chile and olive oil in a medium bowl. Season salsa lightly with salt and pepper and set aside to let flavors meld. Remove tenderloins from marinate and season with salt and pepper.
Grill for 20 - 25 minutes to preferred doneness.
