1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Bisque baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease 9" pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
