3 cups water
1 tsp each of the following, Salt, Pepper, Dried Oregano, Died Basil, Onion Salt, dried parsley & garlic Powder
1 bay leaf
1 (.7 oz) pkg good seasons dry Italian dressing mix
1 – 4-5 lb rump roast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spices with water in a small saucepan. Stir well, and bring to a boil. Trim excess fat from roast, and place in slow cooker. Pour spice mixture over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Medium for 6-8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours. When done, remove bay leaf, shred meat and return to the juice in crockpot.
