6 cups cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans water chestnuts
1 1/2 cups of Hellmann’s mayo
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp salt
3 cups crushed cornflakes or durkees onion rings
1/4 cup butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 9 ingredients together and place in greased 9 X 13 pan. Mix cornflakes (or onion rings) and butter together and put on top of casserole.
Bake 350⁰ for 45 minutes
*If you prefer the casserole to be more crunchy you can add another can of water chestnuts.
