1/2 C. Butter, softened
1 lb. Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground Cloves
Dark Rum
Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add spices. Mix well. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
To serve, put 1 heaping Tbsp. of mixture in a cup. Add 1 1/2 oz. of Rum. Fill with boiling water.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon, if desired.
