Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 oz (2 level Tablespoons) ketchup
1 rounded teaspoon prepared mustard
1 rounded teaspoon silver springs cream style horseradish
1 level teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef in pan. Mix spices put on top of ground beef. Add 1-2 cups water. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped onions. Add 1/3 teaspoon Accent. Take wooden spoon to stir and mix all the ingredients in the kettle thoroughly. Cook over low heat stirring constantly for about 15 minutes or until meat is broken up finely. Increase heat until it comes to a boil. Let boil 25 minutes. Stir occasionally with a spoon so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan and does not lump.

Serve on buns that have a small amount of mustard spread on one side and a thin slice of pickle. Small buns make nicer sandwiches that are easier to handle without the filling coming out on the table.

May fry the hamburger to almost done before adding the spices and other ingredients. May not use as much water as it calls for.
