1 lb. spicy sausage
1 lb. bacon
2 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
6 tbsp. chicken stock
3 qt. water
5 c. unpeeled, thinly sliced potatoes
5 c. kale leaves, ribs removed and chopped
1 ½ c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown, drain sausage, and set aside. Cook bacon and set aside. Drain most bacon grease and add chopped onions and garlic. Cook until onions are clear. Add chicken stock, water and potatoes, simmer for 15 minutes. Add crumbled bacon, sausage, kale and cream. Simmer for 4 minutes and serve with breadsticks or biscuits.
