2 c. cooked chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese
¼ c. finely diced green pepper
½ c. finely diced onion
4 oz. diced pimentos, drained
3 c. dry spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 additional cup. grated cheese

Directions:
Shred cooked chicken. Cook spaghetti in same chicken broth until al dente. Don’t overcook! When spaghetti is cooked combine with remaining ingredients except 1 cup cheese. Place mixture in a casserole dish and top with the extra cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until bubbly. (Cover with foil for the first 20 min.)
