4 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Oil
2 Cups Carrots Shredded
1 1/2 Cups Pecans Chopped

Frosting
9 oz Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Cake
Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix well. Add carrots and pecans last. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then lower to 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Poke with a tooth pick to see if it's ready.

Frosting
Cream butter and cream cheese, add vanilla and powdered sugar a little at a time until all is incorporated.
