1 pkg white cake mix
2 small pkg coconut cream instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
2/3 cup Bacardi Rum
1 – 8 oz can crushed pineapple & juice
1 – 9 oz cool whip
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, 1 pkg pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and 1/3 cup rum. Beat for 4 minutes at med speed of electric mixer. Pour into 3 greased & floured cake pans. Bake at 350⁰ for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not under bake. Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks. Combine pineapple, remaining pudding mix & rum. Beat until well blended. Fold in cool whip and frost cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Chill
