Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Crust:
4 Cups Flour
1 1/3 Cup shortening
1 tsp salt.
Cut in shortening until flour is crumbly.
Add:
4 egg yolks
½ cup water
2 TBS lemon juice
(let sit while slicing apples)

Roll into 2 balls, roll out to fit 9X15X2 pan.

Apple Mix:
10-12 McIntosh Apples (or combine a couple different ones). Peel & cut and slice medium thin
1 TBS cinnamon
1 Cup Sugar
4 TBS Flour
Mix well and add to top of crust. Roll out other crust and put on top of apple mixture.

Bake 400⁰ 35-40 minutes or until golden brown

Frosting:
2 Cups sifted powder sugar
4 TBS butter (softened)
4 TBS Milk
1 1/2 tsp butter
Put on apple slices while warm
