Crust
2 Cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter or margarine
2 beaten egg yolks

Ingredients:
4 apples, pared, cored and peeled (about 4 cups)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Slightly beaten egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt; cut in butter. Stir in egg yolks. Divide mixture in half. Press ½ dough into 15x10x1 pan. Combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Arrange over crust. Crumble remaining dough over apples. Brush egg white over all.

Bake 350⁰ F for 40 minutes. Cool. Drizzle thin powder sugar icing or sprinkle with powder sugar.
