1 PKG. BROWNIE MIX WITH SYRUP POUCH
1/4 C. WATER
1/3 C. VEG. OIL
2 EGGS
3/4 C. WHIPPING CREAM (heavy)
1 c. choc. chips
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease 9x13 pan.
Stir brownie mix, choc. syrup, water, oil and 2 eggs in med. bowl until well bended. Spread in pan.
Heat whipping cream and choc. chips in 2 qt. pan over med. heat, stirring constantly until choc. is melted and smooth; cool slightly. Beat 3 eggs and the sugar with elec. mixer on med. speed until foamy; stir into cream-choc. mixture; pour evenly over batter.
Bake about 45 min. or until topping is set; cool completely., about 1 hr. Serve at room temp. or chilled in refrig.

Beat all ingred in chilled bowl on high until soft peaks form.
