1/4 cup green onions
3 1/2 T. chopped parsley
1 beaten egg
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 T. Dijon mustard
Worchestershire sauce to taste
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients except the flour and form into small patties. Roll crab cakes in flour. Shake off excess.
Melt butter in skillet and saute crab cakes for 4-5 minutes.
