1 3-4 lb. whole chicken
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 bunches fresh cilantro
1 cup white rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head Napa cabbage (cut into medium pieces)

Directions:

Clean chicken and boil in stock pot. Add water to cover the chicken by a couple of inches. Add salt, pepper and onions. Cook for about an hour and a half. Skim fat off the top of water. Add cilantro and cabbage to the stock pot. Cook at medium heat until cabbage is done.
