1/2 c. warm water
1 t. sugar
2 T. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 T. oil
1 t. salt
about 7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and yeast in 1/2 c. warm water in a small bowl. Mix together 2 c. warm water, oil and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add yeast mixture; combine. Add flour. knead well. Cover and let rise until double. Punch down. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes. Form into 2 loaves.
Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º F for 30 minutes.
