Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups warm milk
2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup margarine
5 1/2 cups flour (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and pour into mixing bowl. Add sugar & yeast. (Make sure the milk is not hot or it will kill the yeast). Let sit for a few minutes until yeast gets dissolved or fluffy looking. Add flour, margarine, eggs and salt. Mix for 7 minutes. Let raise until double in size, then shape. I like to make 30 rolls out of this recipe. I use a big jelly roll pan and spray with Pam. Then I shape dough into a ball and put on the pan to rise again...about 1/2 hour. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
For cinnamon rolls - use recipe above. Divide dough in half. Roll each piece into a rectangle and spread with cinnamon mixture (1/2 cup butter, 2 cups brown sugar, 3 tsp. cinnamon) evenly onto dough and roll the dough up in one long tube sealing by pinching together the edge to the roll. Then slice 1/2" thick and place on pan. Let rise again for 1/2 hour or so and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. After cooled down a little, frost with frosting.....
1/2 cup butter, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 cup milk, 4 oz. block cream cheese. Mix with hand mixer - sugar, softened butter and cream cheese. Then add vanilla and milk to mix. You may need to add more powdered sugar
