2 cups warm water,
2 Tbsp. yeast,
2 Tbsp. sugar.
Mix together and let dissolve.
1/2 Tbsp. salt
6 cups flour
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 cups of flour and salt to yeast mixture. Then add oil. Mix well. Add about 4 cups of flour - enough to make a stiff dough. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 30 min. Divide into two pieces and shape into two long loaves. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Cut slits with a sharp knife. Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.(or don't put any on at all). Let rise 45 minutes or until double. Bake in a 350 degrees, preheated oven for 30 minutes.
