1 bag mixed greens
Clementine oranges
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 medium red onion or 3 green onions (chopped)
1/2 c. pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
candied pecans
poppyseed dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients and toss with poppyseed dressing. For candied pecans: combine 1 1/2 c. raw nuts, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 Tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Cook in skillet on med-hi till sugar melts--shake pan, don't stir. Decrease to low and cook till golden brown. Pour onto greased, foil-lined cookie sheet to cool.
