6 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar, divided
2 cups cream
2 cups milk
2 cups Seagram's 7 Crown
1 oz Capt. Morgan's Original Spiced Rum
grated nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks and whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks. Beat whites very stiff, add 1/2 cup sugar. Mix whites with yolks. Stir in cream and milk. Add Seagram's and spiced rum. Stir thoroughly. Serve cold with grated nutmeg. Serves 20
