1 box of cream cheese
1 can of chili with no beans
Ground red pepper to add spice
Chips or crackers

Pour can of chili into a pot and warm. Add cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Mash with a potato masher. Add red ground pepper to taste if you like it spicier. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

This is super easy. I have used chili with beans and just mash it more. I also cut the cream cheese into small cubes for easier melting. My kids like this for a hearty snack (favorite after church snack on a cold afternoon). I do use low fat or non-fat cream cheese and add cumin to mine too.
