Sauce for Tenderloin
1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
2 T. horseradish
3 T. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Worchestershire sauce.
Lawry's Lemon-Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cooking time
500º 15 minutes 425º for 20- 25 minutes. Watch meat thermometer for doneness. Douse roast with ample Worchestershire sauce. Then put Lawry's Lemon-Pepper on all sides. Let stand at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Just before serving make sauce for steak or make ahead of time and place in refrigerator.
