3 C. White Vinegar
1 1/2 C. Water
3 tbsp. Canning Salt
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
Fresh Garlic Cloves
Jalapeņo Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
For the brine: Combine vinegar, water, salt and oregano. Bring to a boil.

Wash the peppers and place in jar (I slice mine). Cover the peppers with brine, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Add a clove of garlic to each jar. Put on the lid and seal. Process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
