3/4 c sugar
1 c butter
1 egg
1/2 t salt
2 T sour cream
1 1/2 c flour
1 t vanilla

Frosting:
1 egg white
1 T water
powdered sugar to spread
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Mix well. Add water, vanilla, sour cream and flour. Mix well.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Roll out on lightly floured surface, cut with cutters.Cook on parchment paper until they start to brown around the edges.
Cool.
Mix the frosting and spread on cookies and decorate as desired.

Be sure your counter top is cold. Keep unused portion of the dough in refrigerator.
