2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3c. cooking oil or shortening, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix together eggs, milk, and oil in small bowl; then add into the large bowl, mix. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
