1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
Aunt Vi's frozen egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Mix in the flour, then add the soups and pepper. Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
