4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups oil (I use 1/2 water)
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Blend in the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake 15-18 minutes at 400º.
These muffins keep well and freeze well
