1 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 small onion chopped
1 medium carrot halved and sliced
1 bunch Red Swiss chard chopped
1 (15 oz) can White beans, rinsed and drained
1 qt reduced sodium vegetable broth

Directions:

Heat oil in a medium pot over high heat. Add garlic, onion and carrot saute for 3 min or until softened. Add chard, beans, and broth cook until very hot.
