3/4 cup Jiffy Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Crisco all-vegetable shortening
1 1/4 cups firmly packed C&H Golden Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. each baking soda and salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF. Beat peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing just until blended. Drop rounded measuring tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of a fork.
