4 qts cucumbers, cut and sliced
6 medium onions
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 green pepper
1 sweet red pepper (not necessary)

Syrup:
3 c. cider vinegar
5 c. white sugar
1 1/2 T. tumeric
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Leave peeling on sliced cucumbers. Soak in ice water for 3 hours. 1/3 c. salt in the ice water. Drain well.
Put all ingredients together and put in canning bottles. Combine the syrup ingredients and boil for 3-4 minutes. Pour over the vegetables in the bottles. Seal and process accordingly.
