Bottom Layer:
1 box Butter Cake Mix
1 C. Chopped Pecans
1/2 C. Butter, melted
Top Layer:
2 Eggs
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
4 3/4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 C. Chopped Pecans
Directions:

Bottom Layer:
Combine all ingredients together and spread in a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan.
Top Layer:
Combine all of the ingredients together and spread on top of the bottom layer.
Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
