1.5 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 c heavy whip cream
3 Tbsp instant coffee
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 "ready to fill" graham cracker crust shell

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chocolate chips in small bowl on high for 1-2 minutes, stir.
Mix cream, coffee, sugar, and vanilla in bowl until coffee granules dissolve.
Beat with mixer on high until stiff peaks form.
Remove and reserve 1.5 cups of coffee mixture.
Gradually fold melted chocolate chips into remaining coffee mixture, until well blended into mousse consistency. Spread into crust. Spread and swirl reserved coffee mixture over chocolate mousse.
Chill 30 minutes in freezer, or at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Garnish with whip cream.
