4-6 chicken breasts or thighs
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick margerine
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c sherry wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in melted margerine. Remove chicken to a casserole dish. Add sour cream , sherry and soup to melted margerine. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
