1 white pudding cake mix
1/4 c. cream de menthe
1 can chocolate or fudge frosting
Green food coloring
1 8 oz. carton whipped topping
4 T. cream de menthe
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to package directions, mixing in 1/4 cup cream de menthe. Bake according to package directions. Cool cake. Spread can of frosting on top of cake. Add 1 tsp. of green food coloring and 4 T. of cream de menthe to whipped topping. Spread on top of frosting. Garnish with chocolate curls.
