Meatballs:
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
2/3 c. Cracker Crumbs
1/3 c. Minced Onions
1 Egg
1/4 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt

Sauce:
2 tbls. Cornstarch
1 13 oz can Crushed Pineapple (Sauce Syrup)
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Vinegar
1 tbls. Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in skillet. Remove but keep warm. Drain grease.

Mix cornstarch and brown sugar. Stir in syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Stir until smooth. Pour into skillet and cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Add meatballs and pineapples. Cover & simmer 20 minutes.
