Equal amount of carrots, rutabagas, turnips, and parsnips
Butter
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Lawry's Lemon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the vegetables. When they are tender, drain well and mash them as one would potatoes. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Can be made the day before a holiday. Easy to warm in the microwave, just before serving. This recipe is always served at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter in the Conrad and Grant family.
