1 T. sugar
8 oz. beef consommé or chicken broth
2 tsp. Oregano
2 T. paprika
2 T. Cumin
1 T. celery seeds
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. mole paste
2 lbs. beef chuck stew meat
2 lbs. pork, cubed
2 lbs. lean hamburger
3 cups chopped onions
2 T. fresh minced garlic
20 oz. tomato sauce or a combination of sauce, whole tomatoes and spicy tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the first 11 ingredients in 2 cups warm water. Saute stew meat, pork and hamburger with onion and garlic. Combine with meat when it is finished sautéing. Add as many beans as desired (type of beans is personal choice). Simmer for at least 2 hours or until meat is tender. Garnish with red onions, grated cheese and chopped cilantro. Place each garnish in a separate bowl with a spoon.
