8 slices of white bread cubed
1 lb. link sausage, cut into thirds
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 T. dry mustard
1 T. onion powder
2 1/4 cup milk
Mix 1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Grease baking pan. Layer cubed bread on bottom of pan. Layer cooked sausage on top of cubed bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat together eggs, milk with mustard and onion powder. Pour over ingredients in pan. Mix mushroom soup and milk and pour on top of previous ingredients. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour plus in a 9x13 pan. Test with a knife. Let it stand for a few minutes to congeal before serving.
