3 c. water
1 bunch broccoli
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 med. onion chopped
1 1/2 c.shredded carrot
1/4 lb. oleo or butter
2 c. milk
4-5 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and boil broccoli, bouillon cubes, onion and carrots in the water till done. Make a white sauce of the remaining ingredients except the cream cheese. Cook on stove until thick. Add cream cheese to white sauce and pour over cooked vegetables. Reheat and serve.

Do not let the soup boil once the cream cheese has been added or it will curdle.
